Super Star of the Week!!

So I have been having really bad ankle pain. I decided to email my buddy J-dub because her hubby is a physical therapist. She gave me a call today. (It was great to hear her voice!) They gave me some good remedies to help the pain and recommened some inserts for my shoe to help. I did find them, and I did order them. Thank you so much J-Dub! You have always been such a sweet and fun person and I am so glad that we have remained friends over the years! I am here for you too!
