I don't want to call Lyndz a liar because....

they really do exist . Lyndsey filled out one of those question thingys on myspace. One of her answers involved a coconut latte. I could not believe that this was real. A coconut latte! Doesn't that sound sooo good. Well Lyndsey loves them and throughout some messages she got me all hyped up about trying one. She told me that Starbucks carrys the coconut syrup and could easily make me a coconut latte. So after work yesterday I go through the drive-thru at the Starbucks. I nervously asked about a coconut latte. The voice in the speaker said, "i wish we had that. that sounds so good" Dangit. I ordered my usual non-fat vanilla latte and at the window we discussed the idea of a coconut latte. She said to try back in the summer. Apparently Starbiggities changes their syrups out with the seasons. Coconut being a more tropical flavor may be available in the summer time. I cannot wait so now I am on a mission to find a coffee shop around here that can satisfy my curiosity for a coconut latte. I just know that this is going to be my new favorite drink. I just know it!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How can a Starbucks in freakin' Cali not carry coconut flavoring...seasons? There are no seasons in CA!!! Warm and warmer..that's it! I'm convinced Starbucks is evil! Go to a local shop where all the love is. You will get it..and it will be the bomb. I love your blog..I need to keep up with you. I suck.

Hey...i think you can try the coffee bean. I don't know if you have one near you, but I would definitely try there. Next time I'm @ the Starbiggities here in Chi-what...I will ask about the coconut syrup.

Just to warn you...Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf does not carry them..they only make their own experiments with no deviations..believe me I tried. Local shops is where the love is. What if you hate it now? I'm scared! Ha. Go to Ruby's on State in SB next time you are there. They gave me my first one.
