A Stop at Buttonwood Winery

We spent a few days in Santa Barbara. I was in desperate need of a vacation and since Phi was on Spring Break we headed up. On Friday we decided to head even further north and spend the day in the Solvang area. Before we headed into the main part of Solvang we make a stop at the Buttonwood Winery. Not for wine, but just for some quiet sitting. To enjoy the gardens and let Phi do a little water coloring and let Louie blow some bubbles.

I love wineries. Mostly for the wine, but also for the simply beautiful surroundings. The weather was so perfect I just wanted a little time to sit outside, in a beautiful setting with my beautiful family.
