The First and Last Day of First Grade

I just dropped off The Phi for her last day of First Grade.

Of course I took pictures.

So over the last 9 months The Phi has excelled at school. She is reading chapter books, can add up money, writes in cursive, knows about science and the presidents. She knows fractions, how to tell time and even roman numerals.

That's a lot to learn in 9 short months. Her brain has grown so I wanted to see if the rest of her had.

So we can see that she is way taller. Wow she stretched out! 

Her front teeth have grown (and straight!)

Her white chapel shirt is now a dingy grey-ish color 

Her bangs are much longer. 

In this photo you can get a really good look at how much this white shirt is a b*tch to keep white.

You can also see that Lou still likes to do everything Phi does. 

This picture just shows you that Lou is crazier then ever.

And The Phi adores her. 

We now have a 2nd grader. 

Woah

So summer vacation is here. 

Hmmmm what should we do?

I know!

Let's go to Disneyland......

TOMORROW! 

Seriously, we are going to Disneyland tomorrow!
