Redlands Food Truck Festival

On Saturday we headed out to Redlands East High School for a Food Truck Fundraiser. It was such a hot day. Like in the 100's hot. It was a little reminder that summer is right around the corner.

We had a great burger from Grill "em All!

We had the:

Witte (pr. Wit-e)cream cheese, deep fried bacon, beer/ Sriracha onion, malt vinegar aioli

Cheddar, jack filled – hand rolled tator tots

Next stop was the" Torta's to Die For" truck. We went with the carnitas with mole sauce. It came with a simple red cabbage slaw that really was to die for.

We had com prepared for the hot weather. We even brought our portable mister.

Of course we had to get the girls an ice cream treat. Mustache Mike's was there and their Italian ice cream is so good.

Joey and I went to Thai 1 On to try the Spicy Thai Fries and a Thai Iced Tea. 

Louella was living the life. Relaxing with her shades on, the mister on her and Daddy feeding her ice cream. 

Even with all the heat it was a lot of fun. And of course The Phi filmed an episode of The Sophia and Family Adventure Show....
