A B Patterns

At school The Phi has been learning all about patterns and sequences. She kept telling me "Mom we can do a AV pattern?". I was like was the heck is an AV pattern and she said "you know like red, blue, red, blue". I realized that she was saying AB pattern.

Lately The Phi has become obsessed with AB patterns. She has managed to turn some of our everyday things into AB patterns.

Here are a few our current AB patterns.

• Toothbrushes- we use Wall-E, than princess, then Wall-E, then princess....
• Hair- we do braids, ponytail, braids, ponytail....
• Chapstick- we use grape, then strawberry, then grape, then strawberry..

The kid can turn anything she does into an AB pattern. It is very cute!
