Weekly Wieners

This week started all the holiday cheer around here. And that included decorating, shopping and hanging lights on the house. It also included our first trip to the Tamale Festival with Nana and Tata! We had such a great time that I think this is going to be an annual thing for us! For more weekly winners please visit the goddess that is Sarcastic Mom.

Decorating for Xmas
Hanging ornaments on the tree. Yes most of our ornaments are around the 3 foot mark. And yes it is fake. The Phi is allergic to everything!

Decorating for Xmas
The Phi had the honor of placing the Baby Jesus in the middle of the manger in our nativity scene.

Tamale Festival 2008
Can't go to a Tamale Festival without sampling some tamales!

Tamale Festival 2008
and whats a festival without funnel cake or rides on your Daddy's shoulders?

Tamale Festival 2008
We also realized that The Phi is a freakin' manic and not scared of anything. Here she is jumping about oh 20 feet in the air. Talk about giving me some gray hair!

Tamale Festival 2008
On the ferris wheel with Nana. Again not scared of the height!

Tamale Festival 2008
The Phi and PR Dad really enjoying the day.
