Weekly Weiners

Apparently we were feeling a bit bland this week because after reviewing the pictures from the week I realized that we were into adding color and brightness to our life this week!
This was our awesome white trashy wooden paneled wall. With some inspiration from Jessica's house we decided to paint.
We went with a color called Magnolia Blossom. It has a tiny tint of green to it that will match the sage color we plan to paint the kitchen. I love how it came out and it took just a few hours.
The Phi has been using a plastic bag for her library books so I took an old tote bag from a nutrition conference from work and made a patch to cover the logo. Then I embroidered it.
Now she has a colorful and sturdy library book bag
Then I got sick of the black/orange color to my hair and made a trip to my local shop of beauty and just 45 minutes later we had this.....
I love it!
The Phi completed the summer reading program at the library and our most favorite librarian Leanna presented The Phi with her certificate. We were very proud parents!
We also helped our friend Natalie celebrate her 20th birthday. (she is just a baby!) We went out for sushi and then gave her a obscene amount of the corn flake treats she loves.
