First 10!!

First 10!!, originally uploaded by Punk Rock Mom.

Look who earned 10 happy faces and got thier first reward!! Yes she fianlly got her light up shoes and ran around the house bumping into things because she was looking down at her shoes! It took a few days but she finally did it. I can't say that the reward chart has made her a perfect angel, but it sure has helped with her. She has been better behaved and the idea of losing a happy face is enough to get her to straighten out. She earned her last happy face last night. PR Dad and I moved our big corner desk out of our room and into the den. Which required taking the desk apart and moving coffee tables and couches. And of course taking everything off the desk and unplugging the computer, router, wireless, and printer and then putting it all back together. Anyways the desk doesnt look too bad in the den, and The Phi was great the whole time. She kept herself busy playing with cars and her roller skates. When we were done putting everything back together we told her she had been good and gave her her last happy face and her reward. She was way stoked!

Excellent! I think this system is really gonna work for you ... I mean her. She's adorable! And I don't blame her for wanting those light-up shoes because I wanted them too! But they don't make them in adult sizes. I had to settle for the light-up flip-flops, and I do the same thing as her. I walk around staring at my feet light up.
