I can still hear my Mom reading to use from these books. "I'll do it .....tomorrow". My Mom read to us religiously. But thanks to her I have a love of reading. Without that love I never would have made it this far in school. She thought us all about the wonderful worlds and wonderful friends we can make by reading books. I will admit I don't read to Phi every night. I try to. She does have a lot of books and I buy her new ones all the time. I know that these sweet pickles books are either in the garage or in a box at the Moorpark house. I am going to need to bring those guys to Banning. Sophia is going to love them.

Back in the Day

ReplyDeletethe books are in the garage in the library (the shelf). when i read them to chone, i find myself reading them just like mom did to us. now chone can read them to sophia.
