Family History

I love learning about people's history. I am fascinated with it. And of course I am very interested in learning where and who PR Dad comes from. I am lucky because PR Dad's paternal Grandfather, Andres is even more interested in it than I am. We spend a lot of time with him talking and me trying to piece everything together. And to be honest I am trying to find the link to Mexico. I am convinced that PR Dad is part Mexican.

Yesterday while at Grandma and Grandpa's. Grandpa Andy showed us a new book he got about the history of the area of New Mexico he grew up in. In the book there where some amazing photos of our family.

the couple sitting are Grandpa Andres mother and father.
PR Dad's great grand-parents and
The Phi & Baby Blu's great-great grand-parents.

The woman standing in the back in the middle is Grandpa Andres grandmother.

This is photo is old. We don't know the exact date but according to Grandpa Andres this is his great-great-great Grandfather.
PR Dad's great-great-great-great-great Grandfather.
And that means my kids have a photo of their great (x6) grandfather.
How amazing is that!

This is a photo of Grandpa Andres' grandfather and a few of his cousins.

I am so happy that my kids will have these photos of their past. Now if I can just prove he is Mexican!!

From the pictures, I would say there is a very strong chance that he is. It's ok!

Did Grandpa Andres' father (Timoteo) die in June 1972? Born June 16 1907?
