Sibling Rivalry

The Phi is an only child but I am still dealing with sibling rivalry. I hear all day at home, 

"Mom, he's scaring me!" 
"Mom he's jumping on me" 
"Mom he's looking at me" 
"Mom he's licking my face!" 

Yes, The Phi is being a big old tattle tale on the dog!
