No Social Skills

The Phi sits on the porch watching some kids roller skate up and down our cul-de sac.
"I see them Mom! They are laughing and having fun"
"Why won't they come over here and play with me? Is it because my Mom dresses me like a boy?"
"Look she almost fell! Everyone is having a good time."
"Maybe next time I will get the nerve to go over there"
